I hope your summer is going well. How are you progressing with summer homework? I have done some pleasure reading ..read The Thirteenth Tale which was a good gothic read. I am reading Michael Chabon's Maps and Legends, a collection of his nonfiction writing, and the annotated Pride and Prejudice. I am enjoying learning about the time period , especially the social mores of Jane Austen's time. I am eager for discussions of literature in our classes this fall.
